Emily M. Cross is a Realtor with The Muljat Group in Bellingham, Washington. A native of Winter Park, CO and a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in International Relations, Emily recognized her interest in real estate when she and her husband bought and sold their first home.

When she and her family relocated to Blaine, WA Emily saw the need for empathetic, compassionate, and professional real estate services. She has experienced first hand the challenges, emotions and difficulties – as well as the excitement, eagerness and joy – that accompany a move.

Emily serves her clients by first and foremost listening. Further, Emily is very conscious of her ethical and moral duties bound to her not only by her innate personality but also by the Realtor Code of Ethics and Washington State Agency Law. Emily is continuously educating herself and works very hard to stay on top of this ever-changing industry in a way that allows her to serve her clients in a kind, yet professional manner. Emily is an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Graduate Of The Realtor Institute and a proud Eco-Broker.

As a client of Emily’s, you will see her stewardship of the environment in her marketing materials. All papers are 100% post consumer and her client binders are made with 100% post consumer cardboard. Her business cards are hand-made with recycled papers and pressed with soy-based ink. Emily’s peers jokingly call her the “Green Queen.”
